"I had a small issue with my…"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed Wool&Prince not really expecting to hear back quickly. To my surprise, they replied the same day, and it was clear a real person had actually read my message instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. They took care of it without making it complicated or making me feel like I was being difficult. It felt like they just wanted to do the right thing, which says a lot about a company. The whole experience was easy, kind, and definitely made me feel good about ordering from them again

"Pretty convenient, but not quite what I expected"
I bought this shirt mainly for traveling, it does pack down small, which I really like. At the same time, it somehow still came out more wrinkled than I thought it would after sitting in my bag. So I’m happy with it, but also a little disappointed. It’s not a bad shirt at all, and I’d probably still use it for trips, but for the price I expected it to be a bit easier and more travel-friendly.

"Looks good, but didn’t hold up"
I really liked this shirt at first, it looked nice and felt good, so I kind of assumed it would be one of those easy go-to shirts. But after just a few wears, it started pilling, which was disappointing. In my head, nice shirt = should last a bit longer, so this one missed the mark for me...

"Comfortable for travel, but depends what you need it for"
I picked up one of their wool tees and was kind of surprised by how light and airy it felt. I wore it on a long travel day, and it never got that sticky, clingy feeling I usually get with cotton shirts. It kept me warm when I needed it, but still breathed really well. After a few wears, it also didn’t feel gross or like it needed an immediate wash. It’s definitely not the cheapest shirt, so I don’t know if I’d buy a bunch for everyday wear, but for travel or longer days out, it’s been worth it for me.

"Great for weekdays and weekends"
I’ve been wearing this to the office and on weekends too, and it’s sorta become one of those easy go-to pieces. It looks nice without feeling too dressy. I just wish it came in more colors...

"Wish I’d Known It Takes a While to Dry"
The shirt itself is really nice and I like how it looks, but I do kind of regret not checking how it handles drying. It took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying. Still a good shirt overall, just something I wish I’d been prepared for.

"Nice wool, worth the extra money"
I expected this wool to be a little scratchy, but it feels really nice and comfortable. I’ve worn it a few times now and it’s holding up well so far. It is a bit pricey, but I’ll give credit where it’s due, the quality is actually there. I don’t love when brands charge a lot for cheap-feeling stuff, but in this case it feels fair enough. 4 stars from me.

"Comfy enough for a full workday"
I wore it all day at work and was surprised by how soft and comfortable it stayed. It felt easy to move around in and didn’t start bothering me later in the day. Definitely happy with it.

I’ve had this shirt for about a year now and it still looks surprisingly good after a ton of washes. I’ll admit, I usually stick with another brand I’ve been loyal to for years, so I was a little hesitant to spend more on this one. But the fabric has definitely held up better than most shirts I own. It’s a bit pricey, but I’m starting to think it might actually be worth it...

"I like the overall silhouette a…"
I like the overall silhouette a lot, and it looks really flattering on. That said, the shoulders feel a little tight on me. I’ve had a similar fit issue with a few tops in the past, so it might just be my build, but I do wish there was a bit more room there.

I picked up a shirt from Wool&Prince and, believe it or not, the stitching is actually really solid. The seams are straight, there aren’t random loose threads trying to escape, and the whole thing feels like someone genuinely cared while making it. I’ve worn it and washed it a bunch at this point, and it still hasn’t started falling apart or looking weird, which is apparently a luxury now. So yeah, credit where it’s due — 5 stars from me.

"Refund Worked Out Fine"
The return took a few days longer than I expected. Annoying. But support was helpful, kept things moving, and the refund came through without any issues in the end. Fine.

"Comfortable and Easy to Wear All Day"
I picked up a merino shirt from Wool&Prince, and overall I’m happy with it. I was a little unsure at first because some wool shirts I’ve tried in the past felt scratchy, but this one doesn’t have that issue at all. It feels smooth enough on my skin that I can wear it all day without really noticing it, which is a good sign. The fabric is lightweight but still feels well-made, and it seems like something that will hold up with regular wear. I’m giving it 4 stars because, for the price, I was expecting it to be just a touch softer, but it’s still a solid shirt and one I’d feel comfortable recommending.

"Great shirt, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I’ve worn my Wool&Prince shirt a bunch now, it’s held up really well. It doesn’t get baggy or weird after wearing it, and it still keeps its shape after washing, which I appreciate. I’m happy with the shirt itself. My only annoyance was that some of the communication around the order wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. But the shirt has been solid

"Actually lives up to the odor-resistant hype"
I picked up a Wool&Prince shirt mainly for travel, the odor resistance is the real deal. I wore it several days in a row while walking around, sitting on planes, and doing the usual travel grind, and it still didn’t get that weird stale smell. I’ve tried a few other travel shirts from competing brands, and they either start to feel synthetic or need washing sooner than advertised, but this one held up way better than I expected. The fit is solid too, but for me the biggest win is being able to pack fewer shirts and not worry about smelling like I’ve been living out of a backpack...

"Easy, on-time delivery"
I ordered a shirt from Wool&Prince, i kind of judge an online shop by the simple stuff first: does it ship when they say it will, and can I track it without a hassle? In this case, yes to both. The shirt showed up right on time, tracking was straightforward, and there weren’t any random delays or surprises. Smooth experience overall

"Not as Comfortable as I Expected"
I really wanted to like this shirt, and the quality seems okay, but the fabric is heavier than I thought it would be. It feels a little thick and warm, even on days that aren’t particularly hot. I don’t know, for the price I kind of expected something more comfortable and easier to wear regularly. Feels like it was made to look nice more than actually feel good

"I was feeling mentally drained by…"
I was feeling mentally drained by the time this arrived, so I was hoping it would just be an easy win. The shipping was fine, and I do really like the feel and fit. The wool is soft and not itchy at all, which surprised me in a good way. The downside is that the shirt is more transparent than I expected, especially in the lighter colors. I end up needing to wear an undershirt with it, which kind of defeats the purpose for me. It’s not bad, just not totally what I was hoping for

It’s kind of hard to describe, but this stayed damp longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed after using it.
